Unless DJ Judah Productions expressly confirms in writing that identified material has been cleared for the artist's intended use, the artist or licensee is responsible for obtaining all permissions and licenses required from the owners of the applicable musical composition and sound recording before releasing, distributing, monetizing, publicly performing, synchronizing, or otherwise commercially using a song made with the beat. Purchasing or receiving a beat does not by itself clear a sample or grant permission from a third-party rights holder. DJ Judah Productions does not guarantee that third-party material is cleared unless that clearance is confirmed in writing. If the required permission cannot be obtained, the artist must not commercially use the affected material and should request a sample-free replacement or another written arrangement. This section applies to any purchased lease, exclusive license, or upgrade from this free promotional license; if a signed paid-license agreement states different sample-clearance terms, that agreement will control.
